VIP Tour Varna has the right to cancel the excursions when the minimum number of participants of 4 people is not met. If an excursion does not take place due to insufficient participants, you will learn this no later than 2 days before the excursion takes place. If possible, VIP Tour Varna will offer an alternative date. You, as a participant, can cancel the excursion at no cost up to 4 days / 96 hours before the excursion takes place. If you cancel the excursion between 4 days / 96 hours to 2 days / 48 hours before departure, a cancellation fee of 25% will be charged. For cancellations within 2 days / 48 hours, 50% will be charged.

The excursions are carried out with English-speaking guidance. We reserve the right to adjust the order of the offered sights and any changes to the program due to unforeseen circumstances. You are obliged to hand over the ticket you received when you are picked up.

VIP Tour Varna will do everything possible to ensure that the activity for which the ticket has been purchased runs according to the published offer. Complaints about the activity for which the ticket has been purchased and requests for the recovery of the purchase price must reach the VIP Tour Varna in white mail or by e-mail within 5 working days after the date of the activity. Complaints submitted after this period will not be processed. VIP Tour Varna examines the complaint and responds in white mail or by email within 30 days of receipt. If the investigation has not yet been completed, this will be communicated to the complainant, as well as the probable moment when this will be the case. The visitor can submit complaints and suggestions for improvement in white mail or by email.

For damage caused as a result of quotations, announcements or other forms of information provided by the VIP Tour Varna to the visitor, VIP Tour Varna will never be liable, unless and insofar as this damage is the direct result of intent or gross negligence of the VIP Tour Varna and / or are salaried employees. Participation in the activity for which the ticket was purchased is at own expense and risk. VIP Tour Varna is only liable for case and / or consequential damage suffered by the participant or injury caused to the participant that is the direct and exclusive consequence of intent or gross negligence of VIP Tour Varna, on the understanding that only that damage for compensation in is eligible, to which VIP Tour Varna is insured, or should have been insured under reasonableness and fairness.

Force majeure for VIP Tour Varna, which means that any resulting shortcoming can not be attributed to the VIP Tour Varna, is any unforeseeable circumstance that makes the performance of the agreement by VIP Tour Varna such that, temporarily or permanently, the performance of the agreement becomes impossible or inconvenient. Under such circumstances include circumstances in persons and / or services and / or institutions that VIP Tour Varna uses in the execution of the agreement, as well as everything that applies to the aforementioned as force majeure or suspensive or resolutive condition.
